Classic Hatha Yoga for beginners
(only in Holbæk)
Everyone can join. Whether you are a beginner, male or female, have tried yoga before and perhaps just want to resume your yoga practice. Hatha Yoga is a really good way to be introduced to yoga. You learn the classic positions and thus get a basic knowledge of yoga. During the 8 weeks, you will be introduced to breathing exercises and classic Hatha Yoga postures. We work with breathing, building the positions and relaxation. We work with the positions at a calm and controlled pace with breaks between the positions so that your body can keep up. We offer groups of a maximum of 10 participants, and you are invited into a safe room to practice yoga.
